Can I make changes or cancel my order?
Email within the hour of purchase as most orders are dispatched within 24 hours.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes using the returns form in the parcel, notify us within 14 days and return to us by 28days.

How do I return an item?
If you wish to return your purchase, it must be in the condition it was received with all tags attached, within 14 days using the returns form in the parcel. All details will be on the returns form but for more information see Delivery and Returns Policy.

What happens if I receive a wrong order or a faulty item?
Within 7 days of receiving the item notify us and we will replace the item or give you a full refund.

When will I know if my order has been despatched?
We will send a confirmation email to say your order has been received and once again to say that order has been dispatched. Orders confirmed before 2pm will be dispatched the next day.
